摘要: Cadmium telluride(CdTe) is unique among II-VI compounds which makes it important and quite suitable for several applications as may exhibit both n- p-types conductivity. It one of the few that are usually used absorbers photovoltaic devices. In this research work we studied In-doped CdTe CdZnTe after annealing using investigation technique micro-Raman spectroscopy.
