摘要: Microhaplotype as an emerging genetic marker has attracted more attention in forensic field. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the potential microhaplotypes individual identification and ancestry inference Chinese Hainan Li 26 1000 G populations. Three were genotyped from 100 individuals using Agena MassARRAY. Moreover, 2504 populations (1000 Genomes Project database) enrolled. genotypes frequencies each population calculated by Plink software. We used Structure, Arlequin, MEGA6 software analyze structure, differentiation background difference, respectively. parameters these Modified Powerstats distribution three elaborated high diversities among had a close relationship with EAS structure analysis. No observed between CHS Fst NJ tree showed that is most similar. average heterozygosity (HE), probability match (PM), power discrimination (PD), exclusion (PE) polymorphism information content (PIC) values for 27 0.535, 0.497, 0.465, 0.325, 0.481, In conclusion, our results revealed markers Future studies are needed confirm larger samples select much higher efficacy microhaplotypes.
