摘要: INTRODUCTION Some studies have stressed the importance of childhood traumatic events in etiology eating disorders (ED), suggesting that abnormalities response mechanisms to stress and functioning hypothalamus, pituitary-adrenal axis (HPA) could be important physiopathology behavior disorders. preliminary findings suggest some ED subtypes, as post-traumatic disorder, a hyperreactivity state HPA with increased sensitivity dexamethasone. METHODS A total 25 patients diagnosed according DSM-IV criteria, without any major depressive episode or history bipolar psychotic disorder were included.
