摘要: The etiopathogenesis of eating disorders (ED) is complex and poorly understood. Biological, psychological environmental factors have all been considered to be involved in the onset persistence these syndromes, often with conflicting results. recent literature focused on possible role hormonal pathways, particular hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis, as a relevant factor capable influencing course ED. Other studies suggested that ED preceded by severe life events, chronic stress associated disorders. As biological response activation HPA available considering relationships between stress, axis functioning anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa binge disorder reviewed present article.
