Synthesis, structure, morphology evolution and magnetic properties of single domain strontium hexaferrite particles

摘要: Single domain strontium ferrite particles (SrFe12O19) with hexagonal morphology were synthesized by conventional ceramic process. Effects of Fe/Sr mole ratio and milling time on structure, magnetic properties the have been systematically studied. phase SrFe12O19 was successfully in a large composition range (Fe/Sr = 9–11). The particle size refinement effect change observed increase ratio. It also found that had little magnetization curve. However, process significantly influenced different time. optimal obtained at 11 6 h are 68.2 emu g−1 5540 Oe for saturation (M S) intrinsic coercivity (H C), respectively. high performance single hexaferrite this paper would greatly facilitate application permanent magnet industry.
