摘要: Abstract 1. The pattern of adenosine deaminases in beed liver is very strikingly different from that lower vertebrates, i.e. chicken, opossum and amphibians. There no type-B deaminase beef the high-molecular-weight enzyme present (type A) can be dissociated into monomeric type-C presence high concentrations ammonium sulfate or sucrose. 2. A survey hepatic fourteen species higher mammals including representatives seven orders has shown there are characteristic patterns for various even though they all distinctive forms same way as liver. Carnivores rodents have predominantly whereas rabbits polymeric deaminase. 3. Marsupials (if a typical example) similar to chicken amphibians, with low relative substrate specificity. 4. heart, spleen duodenum organism. In latter tissues almost enzyme.
