摘要: This paper presents a multistage stochastic programming model to address sustainable power generation and transmission expansion planning. The incorporates uncertainties about future electricity demand, fuel prices, greenhouse gas emissions, as well possible disruptions which the system is subject. A number of sustainability regulations policies are considered establish framework for social responsibility system. proposed applied real-world case, several sensitivity analyses carried out provide managerial insights into different aspects model. results emphasize important role played by on configuration grid.
