摘要: Abstract Room temperature compression creep and stress relaxation behaviour of normal as well carbon fibre reinforced bone cement was studied their properties compared. It observed that increased deformation due to in 24 h about 70% the initial strain (due applied constant 10.5 MN/m 2 ) for PMMA this could be reduced 45% by reinforcement. Surgical grade PMMA, when subjected 1% strain, showed an average stress-relaxation 24% eight hours. Percentage somewhat more even though level much higher compared PMMA.
