摘要: Abstract An electrochemical genosensor was constructed for detection of specific DNA sequence the hepatitis B virus, based on graphite electrodes modified with poly(4-aminophenol) and incorporating a oligonucleotide probe. The electrode containing probe evaluated by differential pulse voltammetry, before after incubation complementary target. Detection performed monitoring oxidizable bases (direct detection) or using ethidium bromide as indicator hybridization process (indirect detection). device showed limit target 2.61 nmol L −1 . Indirect promising in discriminating mismatches, which is very desirable attribute disease-related point mutations. In addition, it possible to observe differences between hybridized non-hybridized surfaces atomic force microscopy.
