摘要: Abstract Purpose To determine the extent to which aspects of public health policy have been incorporated into antibullying statutes enacted in United States. Methods We reviewed all state laws dealing with school bullying, harassment, and/or intimidation States as June 2007. These were evaluated using an Antibullying Public Health Policy Criteria Index, designed for purpose this study. The criteria included presence a bullying definition, prohibition statutory recognition threat, and call prevention programs. As part that evaluation, examined ascertain whether they evidenced essential elements concerns also U.S. age population was protected by these laws. Results 2007, 35 states legislation aims protect safety 77% students enrolled schools. However, only 16 those incorporate comprehensive basic principles.
