摘要: This paper presents a new concept of the air engine using compressed as potential power source for motorbikes, in place an internal combustion engine. The motorbike is proposed to be equipped with engine, which transforms energy into mechanical motion energy. A mathematical model presented here, and performance evaluation carried out on air-powered novel turbine maximum output obtained 3.977 kW (5.50 HP) at different rotor casing diameter ratios, optimal injection angle 60°, vane 45° linear expansion (i.e., minimum consumption) when kept 100 mm, pressure 6 bar (90 psi) speed rotation 2500 rpm. prototype built tested laboratory. experimental results are also seen much closer analytical values, efficiencies recorded around 70% 95% 2500–3000 rpm.
