摘要: The K5 polysaccharidic antigen obtainable from a strain of Escherichia coli is the non-sulphated precursor in heparin biosynthesis; composed by two components, 16 000 and 1500 Da, their ratio depending on fermentation conditions. In this study an assessment was made how various cell-culture filtrate separation technologies affected components themselves ratio. A dynamic membrane filtration technology, tubular ceramic module for tangential flow microfiltration standard discontinuous centrifugation were comparatively employed to perform separation. Experiments carried out E. cultures containing different ratios showed that DMF system suitable technology isolation.
