Disodium cromoglycate nasal spray in the treatment of perennial rhinitis.

摘要: In a double-blind crossover trial, 24 patients with perennial rhinitis have been treated 2 % disodi-um cromoglycate (DSCG) nasal spray. 15 preferred DSCG to placebo, 9 showed no preference. Analysis of the diary cards significant preference in group which received placebo first for symptoms blocking, secretion and sneezing (p<0.1), while between treatment periods occurred receiving first. A significantly higher IgG concentration serum was found than remainder (p<0.05). No other changes immunoglobulin or were found, could be related effect DSCG. spray is considered valuable supplement rhinitis.
