摘要: Corticosteroid hypersensitivity is a rare, but troublesome condition often mimicking the symptoms of underlying disease and therefore probably underdiagnosed. Our objective to underline importance increased awareness corticosteroid determining tolerability other preparations thus identify safe treatment alternative. We report case in 65-year-old woman with history difficult-to-treat asthma systemic allergy admitted increasing dyspnea dry cough. The patient was diagnosed hypereosinophilia, apical fibrosis, basal pulmonary infiltrations. A prick test prolonged challenge were performed find suitable treat her hypereosinophilia.
