摘要: Corticosteroids are potent anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic agents used in the treatment of various inflammatory diseases, including allergic disease. They frequently considered therapy-of-choice for many skin diseases. However, reactions caused by corticosteroids have been reported. Among these, delayed to topical steroids more common, whereas immediate systemic rare. Herein, we report case a 32-year-old woman with triamcinolone-induced hypersensitivity reaction, which patient had positive prick test result triamcinolone. She has atopic dermatitis (AD) three years. steroid, cyclosporine, antihistamine AD. In clinic, approximately 10 minutes after intralesional injection triamcinolone, she complained erythematous patches slight elevation itching on face, trunk, both hands. After intravenous dexamethasone, her symptoms got worse. epinephrine, all resolved within two hours. We performed an open test. only from triamcinolone; other showed negative results tests. Dermatologists should be aware possibility anaphylaxis or response corticosteroids.
