摘要: Purpose: We identified risk factors predicting unfavorable pathological outcomes after radical prostatectomy in patients with low prostate cancer. also evaluated the role of magnetic resonance imaging.Materials and Methods: retrospectively reviewed medical records 1,262 who underwent 12-core biopsy, preoperative imaging at a single center between September 2007 June 2012. A total 382 men cancer by D'Amico criteria were included study. Multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to identify outcomes.Results: Median patient age 65 years median specific antigen 4.6 ng/ml. Gleason sum upgraded 212 (55.5%).
