摘要: Summary Bovine papilloma is a chronic and proliferative skin mucosal wart caused by Bovine papillomavirus (BPV). In June, 2013, leaf-and flat-shaped disease was observed on the nipple skins in cattle farm Xinjiang. To diagnose disease, we collected diseased for pathological biopsy DNA analysis PCR amplification using pair of degenerate primers FAP59 FAP64. Sequencing phylogenetic showed that infection variant BPV3 putatively new subtype BPV (BPV/CHI-SW1, belonging to Xi genus). This first report mixed (putatively subtype) China, would be importance molecular epidemiological study disease.
