摘要: Murin-double-minute 2 (MDM2) is an important negative regulator of the p53 tumor suppressor, and affects protein level transcriptional activity. The genotype single nucleotide polymorphism in promoter region MDM2 (single [SNP] 309) associated with expression onset age several types cancer. SNP309 was investigated 254 Japanese patients glioma 50 healthy subjects. frequency T/T homozygous 62 (24%), T/G heterozygous 126 (50%), G/G 66 (26%) patients, similar ratio higher our subjects than Western populations. Immunohistochemical study tissues showed that compared to genotype, suggesting attenuates vivo. However, no association found between histological grade glioma, at disease onset, or gene mutation rate. In population, affected level, but had significant involvement tumorigenesis.
