摘要: MDM2 SNP309 is associated with younger age of tumor onset in patients Li-Fraumeni syndrome, and TP53 codon 72 polymorphism decreases its apoptotic potential. Glioblastomas frequently show genetic alterations the pathway. In present study, we assessed 360 glioblastomas, correlated these patient survival, as well other Frequencies T/T, T/G G/G genotypes glioblastomas were 40%, 46% 14%, respectively. Multivariate analysis showed that allele was significantly favorable outcome female glioblastoma (hazard ratio 0.54; 95% CI = 0.32-0.92). There a significant association between G alleles Pro/Pro glioblastomas. Glioblastoma Pro/ Pro genotype than Arg/Arg carriers (mean 50.2 vs. 56.1 years; P 0.018). those Arg/Pro had shorter survival 1.35; 1.07-1.71). Detailed analyses revealed among carrying mutation, treated surgery plus radiotherapy.
