摘要: Abstract Nonisotopic in situ hybridization (ISH) was performed on archival tissue sections from six renal cortical neoplasms and corresponding normal kidney using pericentrometric (α-satellite) probes to chromosomes 1, 3, 7, 8, 10, 11, 12, 16, 17. The results were correlated with classic cytogenetic analyses flow cytometric DNA ploidy findings of these neoplasms. Our study shows that intratissue intertissue ISH spot counts generally homogeneous markedly heterogenous tumor specimens. In all cases the correlation between Index numbers statistically significant. A modal numerical chromosomal by analysis found three discordant cases. also show 17 appear manifest more propensity for aneuploidy than 16. We conclude 1) aberrations interphase in-situ correlate tumors; 2) certain may be prone others; 3) determination monosomy is less reliable paraffin-embedded sections; 4) technique complements conventional providing information clonal heterogeneity solid
