摘要: We investigated an alternate technique to coat the surface with a protein having no affinity, without use of any exotic chemical agents. An external electric field was utilized prepare coating on metal substrate. Stainless steel (St) substrate and lysozyme (LSZ) were used as be coated model non-adsorptive protein, respectively. Dynamics adsorption LSZ St in presence absence potential (EEP) monitored by in-situ ellipsometry. Applying negative (−0.4 V vs Ag/AgCl) forced onto where did not adsorb applying EEP. The repetition EEP-application -cut-off indicated controllability amount depending total duration EEP-application. largely remained bound even cut-off field, ratio which detached roughly constant (approximately 7:3). Furthermore, found reversibly switched between being affinitive non-affinitive typical adsorbate (bovine serum albumin) cut-off.
