摘要: Summary A pilot study was begun in 1963 to test the feasibility of using treatment Hodgkin9s disease a combination cyclophosphamide, vincristine, methotrexate, and prednisone full doses followed by radiotherapy where indicated. It found that this form therapy could be used without prohibitive cost toxicity. appears incidence complete remissions can increased over obtained with single agent. Radiotherapy tolerated after intensive chemotherapy, further chemotherapy possible following high dose but limited field radiation. As expected, toxicity when both modalities were employed.
