摘要: In phytosanitary certification, there is currently a need for the development of reliable, sensitive and rapid tests routine detection Ilarviruses latent viruses from fruit trees during dormant season. We have developed real-time RT-PCR assays that allow reliable Prunus necrotic ringspot ilarvirus, Apple chlorotic leafspot trichovirus stem pitting virus in bark tissues wood. These are well adapted these three because they eliminate one risk contamination by performing whole test single closed tube.
