摘要: Heparin in combination with endothelial cell growth factor (ECGF) affects physiological responses and of human umbilical vein cells (HUVEC). We have examined the effect heparin, crude ECGF (endothelial supplement [ECGS]), or both on basal thrombin challenged output metabolites by HUVEC. The supernatant and/or lysate was assayed for released prostacyclin, von Willebrand factor, tissue plasminogen activator, activator inhibitor thrombospondin. modified release all these when ECGS, general were opposite those generated inflammatory mediators such as interleukin-1. It has been postulated that heparin acts potentiating ECGF, but inhibited thrombospondin enhanced absence while ECGS alone inhibitor. Thus, under our experimental conditions it would appear can affect HUVEC independently one another.
