摘要: Abstract Unconjugated steroids of low and medium polarity can be essentially quantitatively extracted from aqueous solutions by rapid filtration through a small column Lipidex 1000. Forty ml urine 4 bed at flow rate 5 ml/ min. Less polar (progesterone, testosterone) directly, whereas 5% pentylamine has to added the solution give quantitative extraction cortisol. The same method used for in plasma. It is suggested that this may generally applicable biological fluids compounds with similar or lower than steroids.
