摘要: Background: Neuro-Behcet’s disease (NBD) is similar to multiple sclerosis (MS) in aspects. This study was conducted investigate the sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, positive and negative predictive values for 2005 revised McDonald MRI criteria diagnosis of MS NBD. Methods: enrolled 28 consecutive patients with a NBD 48 clinically definite MS, who were referred Nemazee Hospital, Shiraz University Medical Sciences, between March 2009 2010. Brain spinal cord magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) obtained. Two Radiologists, blinded clinical diagnosis, reviewed MRI. We investigated revision dissemination space Results: There total 10 men 38 women mean age 32.76±7.5 years, 18 26.8±5.9 years parenchymal The interobserver agreement using use Cohen kappa scores 0.82. 80%, 61%, 71.5%, 77% 64%, respectively. Conclusion: accuracy specificity differentiation are not optimal.
