摘要: We report on the preoperative findings in 147 patients with surgically confirmed acoustic neuroma (AN). Gaze nystagmus, spontaneous nystagmus and positional were present 23.1%, 47.5% 63.0% of patient, respectively. Pathological ETT, OKP bithermal caloric test found 44.3%, 45.3% 77.0%, The ratio pathological ETT was larger large tumor group than small group. to both directions direction-changing also While correlation between size CP% slightly significant (correlation coefficient, 0.52) all 122 patients, it more 0.65) 16 whose origin be inferior vestibular nerve. These suggest that reduced response is caused by compression nerve mass. On other hand, 6 originated from superior showed no size.
