摘要: The synthesis of β-galactosidase has been studied in a mutant strain Escherichia coli K12, which is induced by heat treatment buffer to synthesize upon subsequent growth at low temperature. re-establishment repression after was almost completely inhibited chloramphenicol, puromycin or methionine starvation and some extent 5-methyltryptophan. These results lead us the conclusion that protein required for establishment repression. A simple explanation these findings repressor protein, component. proceeded absence uracil when RNA reduced 4%. This result suggests only small amount involved formation.
