摘要: Abstract Objectives This research aims to specify the prognostic value of P-cadherin on recurrence and progression in non-muscle-invasive bladder cancers (NMIBC). Methods A total 110 NMIBC cases were collected protein was assessed by immunohistochemical test these samples. Correlations between expression clinicopathologic features analyzed. For recurrence-free progression-free survival, Kaplan–Meier log-rank used. Then Cox univariate multivariate analyses further performed. Results high correlated with tumor (P = 0.031). results showed that patients had worse survival (P = 0.034) but not (P = 0.133) than low-expression patients. regression an independent predictor for (P = 0.042) (P = 0.139) NMIBC.
