摘要: The aim of this study was to examine the effect treating chromium(III) and iron(III) their combinations on Herpes Simplex Virus type 1 (HSV-1) Bovine Viral Diarrhoea virus (BVDV) replication. antiviral efficacies HSV-1 BVDV were evaluated using Real Time PCR method. Moreover, cytotoxicity these microelements examined MTT reduction assay. IC50 (50% inhibiotory concentration) for chromium chloride 1100 μM Hep-2 cells 1400 μM BT cells. iron 1200 μM more than1400 μM concentration-dependent activity against viruses observed. In cultures simultaneously treated with (1) 200 μM CrCl3 1000 μM FeCl3, (2) (3) 400 μM 800 μM (4) FeCl3 a decrease in number DNA or RNA copies observed compared control incubated used separately. synergistic effects BVDV.
