摘要: Background: Circulating microRNA (miRNA) biomarkers have been extensively reported in cardiovascular diseases (CVDs). However, serum exosomal miRNA (exo-miRNA) as biomarker patients with heart failure (HF) reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF) remain largely unexplored. We sought to investigate the potential of three types exo-miRNAs for diagnosis HFrEF who were admitted hospital because acute (AHF). Methods: A total 28 hospitalized AHF, including de novo AHF and decompensated HF, 30 volunteers control group (CG) from 2015 2017 enrolled this study. Serum extracted analyzed by NaNOZS-90, electron microscopy, western blotting. Three (exo-miR-92b-5p, -192-5p, -320a) assessed quantitative real time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR). Results: The particle size was confirmed 40–150 nm using NaNOZS-90 transmission microscopy. Exosomal CD63 Hsp70 readily detected. expression level transformed into log2 −delta CT qPCR assay. data showed that exo-miR-92b-5p elevated compared controls. Moreover, inversely correlated left ventricular shortening (LVFS) (LVEF), whereas it positively atrial diameter (LAD), diastolic diameters (LVDD) systolic (LVSD). receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve generated discrimination between controls based on (P<0.001, sensitivity =71.4%, specificity =83.3%). Conclusions: Exo-miR-92b-5p levels may serve a marker diagnosis.
