摘要: Abstract Photoluminescence (PL) spectra have been measured on single crystals of CuAlS2 doped with manganese ions. The showed a red luminescence band peak around 625 nm. Excitation spectrum for the nm PL and optical absorption also measured, in which we find peaks similar to those reported ZnS:Mn. These can be assigned transitions between multiplets Mn ion tetrahedral ligand coordination analyzed framework ligand-field theory. Crystal-field parameters covalency obtained from analysis. Cathodeoluminescence (CL) Mn-doped CuGaS2 studied. Red electroluminescence (EL) has observed CuAlS2:Mn.
