摘要: Abstract The purpose of this work was to study the effect equilibrium modified atmosphere packaging on stability ‘San Antonio’ and ‘Banane’ breba fruit during postharvest cold storage by use three different microperforated films (1/50 mm, 1/30 mm, 1/10 mm; o = 100 μm). Gas composition in wraps, weight loss, % disorder, microbial counts were monitored for 21 days. tested allowed extension time brebas, minimizing loss delaying disorders due fungal proliferation, especially M50 (1/50 mm). Total soluble solids (TSS), titratable acidity (TA), pH, firmness, sensory quality also evaluated. Among films, showed best performance terms physicochemical senescence processes fruit. cultivar had an important impact storage. For cultivars packaged with M50, optimal 14 days, respectively.
