摘要: DNA-protien crosslinks produced in mouse leukemia L1210 cells by trans-Pt(II)diamminedichloride were quantitated using the technique of DNA alkaline elution. single-strand segments that or not linked to protein separable into distinct components elution after exposure 2--15 kR X-ray. Protein-linked strands separated on basis their retention filters at pH 12 while free size generated X-ray passed rapidly through filters. The protein-linked was attributable adsorption filter under conditions results obeyed a simple quantitative model according which frequency DNA-protein could be calculated.
