摘要: Seizures can be an early symptom of Alzheimer's disease (AD) and precede cognitive decline. Early epilepsy in AD mimic transient epileptic amnesic syndrome (TEAS) or syndrome. We report the case a patient who started cerebrospinal fluid (CSF)-proven with partial seizures TEAS that secondarily became cortical posterior atrophy CSF biomarkers showed high amyloid production, amyloidopathy, level total tau p-Tau. This observation adds data to complex AD-early interactions illustrates atypical cause TEAS. Possible red flags for underlying neurodegenerative process are discussed.
