摘要: This study aimed to explore the relationship between exercise and circulating microparticles (CMPs). PubMed, Web of Science, Embase, Cochrane Library databases were searched until August 13, 2020, using terms "exercise" "cell-derived microparticles." The tool risk bias Methodological Index for Non-Randomized Studies used grade studies. Twenty-six studies that met criteria included in this review, including one before-after self-control study, 2 cohort studies, 4 randomized control trials, 5 case-control 14 descriptive divided into a single bout long-term exercise. types MPs contained endothelium-derived (EMPs), leukocyte-derived (LMPs), platelet-derived (PMPs), erythrocyte-derived (ErMPs). first systematic review found levels CMPs continued increase after untrained subjects lower trained subjects. PMPs expressed transient exercise, proportion duration increment reduced Most showed decline LMPs variable changes EMPs ErMPs A drives vessels exposed high shear stress promotes formation CMPs.
