摘要: In lymphoproliferative syndromes, tumoural-immune cell interactions depend on a number of factors related to tumoural and immune cells. Recent gene expression data tend confirm the decisive role reactive microenvironment in development clinical behaviour encourage particular interest T cells accessory This systematic review brings together accumulated knowledge about "immune signatures" Hodgkin non-Hodgkin lymphomas. Extracted results revealed that presence lymphocytes, regulatory non-activated CTL appear commonly be with favourable outcome majority whereas TAM, NK activated CTLs more usually poor prognosis. The direct involvement these histopathological morphology, classification, clinicobiological characteristics affected patients stimulates search for new appropriate immunotherapeutic strategies.
