摘要: Embryonic stem (ES) cells and induced pluripotent (iPS) cells, which are ES-like from adult tissues, twin with currently (with the exception of fertilized eggs) broadest differentiation potentials. These two show various similarities in appearance, maintenance methods, growth potentials, i.e. theoretically, those can give rise to all kinds including germ-line cells. Generation human ES iPS is further facilitating researches towards realization regenerative medicine. The following three issues important purposes cell for medicine: (1) dissection mechanisms, (2) application transplantation, (3) drug discovery. In this review, current status cardiovascular trials using briefly discussed.
