摘要: The variation in radiosensitivity with position the cell cycle of cultured Chinese hamster cells (line CHO) for exposure to negative pions at peak has been compared x rays. were first synchronized by mitotic selection and resynchronized region late G/sub 1//early S phase treatment hydroxyurea (10/sup -3/ M). A fixed dose 540 rad was used expose different stages cycle. results indicate that (ratio maximum survival minimum survival) approximately tenfold rays fivefold comparable levles.
