摘要: Summary The JAK–STAT pathway plays a key role in mediating immune responses. The genetic effects of single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) JAK2 and STAT5B were investigated for serum cytokines, mastitis indicators productions traits population 468 Chinese Holstein cattle. Pooled DNA sequencing revealed one SNP (BTA8:g.39645396A>G) two SNPs (BTA19:g.43673888A>G BTA19:g.43660093T>C) STAT5B. A fixed effect model considering the SNPs, parity, herd, season year calving was used by way general linear procedure sas. Genotype frequencies these Hardy–Weinberg equilibrium (P > 0.05). novel (g.39645396A>G) predicted to change amino acid from lysine asparagine significantly associated with somatic cell count (SCC) score (SCS), whereas g.43673888A>G SCC, SCS interleukin-4 (IL-4) (P  G significant SCS, its additive dominant IL-4 showed on TNF-α GG genotype indicated higher mRNA expression level different other genotypes (P < 0.05). results imply that genes could be useful candidate genes, identified might potentially strong markers selection dairy cattle against development.
