摘要: Ideally, animal models of neurodegenerative diseases should reproduce the clinical manifestation disease and a selective neuronal loss. In this review we will take as an example Parkinson's because its pathophysiology is well known loss characterized. Indeed, characterized by some but not all dopaminergic neurons, non neurons alpha-synuclein positive inclusions resembling Lewy bodies. There are at least two ways to develop PD based on etiology consist in 1) reproducing animals mutations seen inherited forms PD; 2) intoxicating with putative environmental toxins causing PD. discuss advantages drawbacks term neuroproction currently used models.
