摘要: Two strains of chickens selected for differential Marek's disease (MD) resistance or susceptibility were studied the presence recently described Rfp-Y major histocompatibility complex (Mhc-like) haplotypes. MD resistant from line N fixed classical Mhc B(21) haplotype, whereas susceptible P B(19) haplotype. The haplotypes identified by restriction fragment polymorphism (RFP) analysis using enzymes and probes B-G, B-L beta II, B-FIVnv. In addition an Rfp-L III clone was developed that differentiated genes. Three haplotypes, defined both class I II Mhc-like loci, in (Rfp-Y(5), Rfp-Y(7), Rfp-Y(8)) Rfp-Y(8), Rfp-Y(9)),respectively. Rfp-Y(9) have not been previously. Rfp-Y(5) haplotype most frequent (0.70) N, but existed low frequency (approximately 0.04) P; (0.63), absent N. segregated a Mendelian fashion each on progeny heterozygous matings. recombination between F L loci estimated to be less than 0.25%.
