摘要: Nanogels offer many unique features rendering them as very attractive candidates for drug delivery. However, their applications the loading capacity and specific encapsulation, in particular hydrophobic drugs, a complex media are two critical factors. In this work, we report first time on preparation of nanogel-peptide conjugates with ability encapsulation temoporfin (m-THPC). The peptide was selected based combinatorial means it conjugated to polyglycerol nanogel precursor. We observed that nanogels improved 16 times upon conjugation. Skin penetrations tests barrier deficient skin showed enhance penetration m-THPC viable layers efficiently. This study indicates could be used carriers high compounds, which provides basis design advanced topical delivery systems.
