摘要: Introduction The main symptom of fibromyalgia (FM) is diffuse pain. There currently no aetiological treatment for FM. However, all pain associations and best practice guidelines strongly advocate the aerobic physical activity to improve symptoms FM subjects. mechanisms dysfunctional are mostly central related stress axis dysfunction (autonomic nervous system corticotropic axis). Our objective assess efficacy a specific training programme on endogenous control in female patients with Further aims include rebalancing autonomic neurovegetative system, improving quality life sleep quality, reintegrating into society work. Methods analysis 110 diagnosed American College Rheumatology 2010 criteria, aged 18–65 years meeting inclusion conditions will be recruited randomised two groups (active semiactive). consist three 45 min sessions per week supervised, individualised over 2 years. Only intensity exercises differ between (moderate vs low intensity). All outcome measures conducted at baseline (T0), after 6–9 months (T6–9) 24 (T24). primary endpoint an improvement modulation (activation noxious inhibitory control) evaluated by stimulation test. secondary relief pain, anxiety, depression, stress, disorders, impact improved heart rate, blood pressure salivary cortisol.
