摘要: Abstract The paraventricular nucleus (PVN) of the hypothalamus is an important site for autonomic regulation, where gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) system plays role. central mechanisms underlying modulatory effects exercise training have yet to be characterized. Our objective was analyze on modulation and hemodynamic parameters after bicuculline or muscimol injections into PVN sedentary (control, C) previously submitted swimming (ST) rats. After ST protocol, adult male Wistar rats, instrumented with guide cannulas femoral artery vein catheters were mean arterial pressure (MAP) recording. reduced LF oscillations in normalized units increased HF absolute units. Compared C group, microinjections group promoted a higher decrease MAP (C = − 14 ± 1 vs. ST = − 28 ± 4 mm Hg). Spectral analysis HR (pulse interval) showed that also both groups. Bicuculline systolic (C = 155 ± 5, ST = 164 ± 5 mm Hg) compared group. Meanwhile, only increase oscillations. data has role training.
