摘要: This paper discusses the role of simulation in agent-based control systems. It is argued that there a call for new class agent-oriented tools combine emulation controlled process/manufacturing equipment with agent-control activities. should contain run-time interface connecting these two systems allows smooth shift from to real-life reusing completely agent algorithms. The Manufacturing Agent Simulation Tool (MAST) and brief description its extension Cambridge packing cell testbed are presented as case study.
