摘要: Multiple myeloma (MM) is the second most prevalent hematological malignancy characterized by rapid proliferation of plasma cells, which leads to overproduction antibodies. MM affects around 15% all hemato-oncology cases across world. The present study involves identification metabolomic alterations in serum an cohort compared healthy controls using both LC-MRM/MS based targeted and GC-MS untargeted approaches. Several specific signatures were observed this study. A total 54 metabolites identified as being significantly altered cohort, out which, 26 from analysis, whereas 28 analysis. Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve analysis demonstrated that six each datasets can be projected marker discriminate subjects with higher specificity sensitivity. Moreover, pathway deciphered several metabolic pathways including pyrimidine metabolism, purine amino acid nitrogen sulfur citrate cycle. Comprehensively, contributes valuable information regarding induced metabolite their pathways, could offer further insights into cancer.
