摘要: Given their essential role in adaptive immunity, antigen receptor loci have been the focus of analysis for many years and are among a handful most well-studied genes genome. Their investigation led initially to detailed knowledge linear structure characterization regulatory elements that confer control rearrangement expression. However, advances DNA FISH imaging combined with new molecular approaches interrogate chromosome conformation growing appreciation is only one aspect gene regulation more recent years, has switched analyzing impact locus nuclear organization on recombination. Despite decades work intense effort from numerous labs, we still left an incomplete picture how assembly regulated. This chapter summarizes our date points areas need further investigation.
