Lipase-catalyzed synthesis of lysophospholipids in a continuous bioreactor

摘要: A novel enzymatic method of lysolecithin synthesis was developed with immobilized lipase as a catalyst. The transesterification carried out in number alcohols, and the reaction optimized regard to water content temperature medium. Similar kinetics were observed several individual phospholipids. also performed continuously packed-column bioreactor, which operated for 1180 h. displayed strict regio-selectivity towardsn-1 fatty acid phospholipid molecule, thus yielding exclusivelysn-1 lysolecithins final product.sn-2 Lysophospholipids subsequently obtained by acyl migration catalyzed ammonia vapor. Advantages associated use lipases opposed conventional, phospholipase-A2 hydrolysis are briefly discussed.
