摘要: This paper discusses the design and fabrication issues associated with creation of a micro-turbo-generator. The involves coupling an impulse turbine to switched reluctance generator via single rotor which couples two systems. force gas on causes it turn at high speeds. With proper current switching control, this motion can be converted into electrical power output. A parametric finite element model device was created in ANSYS study its electromechanical performance determine torque that would required micro-turbine. micro-turbine fabricated demonstrate mechanical portion energy conversion system. planar using LIGA technique all structures were electroplated copper. Experiments conducted five working micro-turbines. variables studied included stator design, pole shape, orientation distance between cover.
